Subject: High Trails NEW Site!

It took 96 stressful hours, but we found a site to tide us over
until Whittle is back in action!

Located in the Barton Flats area, near Angelus Oaks and pretty darn
close to our Nawakwa site, is a conference center called Mile High
Pines. They have paved, year round access; nice teacher lodging; a
comfortable dining hall and huge indoor activity arena; nice student
cabins (most of them even have restrooms and showers inside!); the
tallest climbing wall in the area; and most importantly of all, they
have a fantastic group of instructors waiting to host and teach your
students - the High Trails Staff!

We chose Mile High primarily because it is a turnkey facility. It's
ready for us to walk into and run our program, and it will completely
satisfy both you and your students. It's not inexpensive; we're paying
20% more in rent than we did over at our Whittle Site. However, it will
be worth it. I feel completely confident that your experience this
fall will be the same great experience you have to come to expect from
High Trails.

More Details: We've update our website to reflect our new site. Head
on over to "Camp Tour," at: http://www.camphightrails.com/camptour.htm
where you can see an overview map of the area, pictures of the Mile High
Pines site, and directions and address information.

Fire Information: Your parents are bound to have questions about fires
and how we handle emergency situations. Please send them to to our "Fire and Snow" page: www.camphightrails.com/fires&weather.htm
